Aim
To present some work of your own which shows you understand how some Maori people feel about Palliser Bay fishing resources or the way in which the Maketu Taiapure is managed.
Task
You are asked to carry out an advertising campaign explaining the views of Palliser Bay Maori/Maketu Maori to politicians and the public. The campaign can be via the radio, TV, billboard, newspaper advertisement, or leaflet, etc.

Marking schedule
This will depend on the communication mode chosen but for general guidance:
Level 1: At least one idea or piece of information is provided and is understandable.
Level 2: More than one idea or piece of information is provided and is understandable, but it is limited overall in quality and quantity.
Level 3: Ideas and information are presented clearly with a discernible structure or order.
Level 4: Ideas and information are presented clearly with a discernible structure or order and using an appropriate style.
Level 5: Ideas and information are presented clearly with a discernible structure or order and using an appropriate style. It also has a strong impact.
