Activity
Have small group debates so that everyone in the class is actively involved. Some suggested topics are listed below, but subjects could also arise from current affairs or from other class work.

Debate topics:
	Everyone should be able to go fishing whenever they want to.
	Recreational fishing doesn't need to be controlled by rules.
	All the fish we eat should come from fish farms.
	The Treaty of Waitangi has got nothing to do with conserving fisheries.
	Everyone should stop catching fish for five years.
